OTR Petrol Station - Moonee Ponds
We were excited to complete the fit-out and finishing touchesfor the OTR Petrol Station and carwash at 181-187 Pascoe Vale Road, MooneePonds. This project involved completing the final 30% of the petrol stationbuild, including the installation of new underground stormwater tanks, pumps,and a state-of-the-art car wash.
The retail shop fit-out was also carefully executed, includingthe installation of signage, displays, and all necessary equipment to ensuresmooth operations and create a welcoming environment for customers.

The project began with a detailed consultation with Peregrine and ADS Architect. The goal was clear: to complete the petrol station and car wash while delivering a high-functioning, customer-friendly retail space.
